Shipping policy

Rates include packaging, labor, freight and insurance, and apply as a fixed surcharge to each invoice based on the highest class assignment of item(s) invoiced. Additional handling fees may apply for shipment of especially large, heavy or fragile items (refer to item description or inquire at time of purchase). All rates and fees paid for delivery are non-refundable unless package fails to arrive within (a) 15 business days of shipment date with Standard service. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of cleared payment, and often the same day. Authorized carriers: United States Postal Service (Standard and International); FedEx (Expedited and Overnight).
